Fort Collins Young Women's Journey Conference

  

We welcome local women of all ages, experiences, and backgrounds to submit a proposal for being a conference presenter. Presentations must be relevant to young women in high school, be innovative and hands on, and presenters must use a variety of activities and teaching methods. Students who volunteer on the steering committee choose the final sessions and speakers. For participants, meeting and interacting with women who model self-confidence and success can be life-changing.

Speaker Requirements

Breakout session speakers generously donate one day to share wisdom, knowldege, and information with girls ages 15-18 years old. We can assist with printing costs and multi-media equipment.

Speakers agree to provide their presentation all three sessions on the day of the event (between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m).

Speakers understand that this is not a forum to "sell" girls products or services, but rather to inspire, educate, and empower them.

We are unable to pay speakers, however, if adequate funding is available, we can provide small honorariums.
